- 8월부터 도 자체사업으로 추진

경상북도는 내달부터‘경북형 난임부부 시술비 지원사업’을 통해 갈수록 심각해지는 저출산 문제에 대응하기 위해 도 자체적으로 확대 지원에 나선다고 밝혔다.
현행‘정부형 난임부부 시술비 지원사업’은 기준중위소득 180% 이하 가구에 시술비 중 본인부담금의 90%를 지원해 왔다.
이에 경북도는 8월부터 소득기준을 폐지해 지원 대상을 대폭 확대하고 시술비 중 본인부담금의 100%를 지원해 자부담액을 최소화 할 방침이다.
또 시술별 1회당 최대 지원금액도 한도 상향해 지원한다.
대상자는 신청일 기준 지역에서 6개월 이상 거주한 모든 난임부부가 대상이다.
대상자는 난임시술 지정 의료기관의 진단서를 여성 주소지 관할 보건소에 제출하고 지원결정통지서를 발급받아 시술 의료기관에 제출하면 된다.
한편, 경북도는 다양하고 폭넓은 난임 지원 정책을 추진하고 있다.
난임부부의 정서적 지지 및 심리 상담 지원을 위해 지난해 10월 안동의료원 내 경북권역 난임?우울증 상담센터를 개소했다.
또 올해 9월에는 인공수정 및 체외수정 시술이 가능한‘경북 안동의료원 난임센터(아이ON센터)’가 개소한다.
박성수 경북도 복지건강국장은“지난해 경북의 합계 출산율은 0.97명으로 역대 최저를 기록했고 해마다 출생아 수도 감소하고 있다”며, “만혼과 고령 출산으로 아이 한명 낳기도 어려운 상황에서 이번 사업이 아이를 원하는 경북 모든 가정에 희망이 될 수 있기를 바란다”고 밝혔다.
